jat9 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jat9 website accessible at https://jat9.io and all associated products, services, games and features available to registered players.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the jat9 Platform and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the jat9 Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the Player.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transactional currency of the jat9 Platform, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit applied to a Player's account pursuant to a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer or any other jat9 incentive programme, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the local Bangladeshi mobile financial service providers and bank channels supported by jat9 at any given time, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action by a Player that violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering and use of automated betting software.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms and Conditions applies.

Access to and use of the jat9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. jat9 operates strictly as a 21+ platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, organisations and automated accounts are not permitted to register on jat9.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed via the jat9 responsible gaming tools or imposed by jat9 as a platform-initiated restriction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of jat9 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners or technology suppliers.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out in this Section 2. jat9 reserves the right to close any account where eligibility requirements are found to have been misrepresented, and to void any associated bets or winnings.

To use the full range of jat9 betting and casino products, you are required to register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jat9 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers or email addresses — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, one-time password (OTP), or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have notified jat9 of a suspected breach.
• Verification: jat9 may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents, including a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport or mobile financial service account confirmation, as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
• Account Suspension for Inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jat9 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing schedule, provided that advance notice is given to the registered email or mobile number on file.

All financial transactions on the jat9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via Approved Payment Methods. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless specifically imposed on your account for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your jat9 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times depend on the payment provider's confirmation speed, which is typically instant for mobile financial services.
• jat9 does not charge a platform fee on standard BDT deposits via Approved Payment Methods. Third-party charges imposed by your mobile financial service provider, if any, are your responsibility.
• Only funds deposited by you personally from a payment method registered in your own name may be used to fund your jat9 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified Approved Payment Method registered in your own name.
• jat9 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification may take longer.
• Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is subject to the applicable wagering requirement having been fulfilled in full. Withdrawing real money balance does not affect the status of bonus funds unless specifically stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• jat9 reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 before processing.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the jat9 Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., cricket betting markets, live casino game rules, slot game mechanics) are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: jat9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that are suspected to be based on insider information, that breach betting integrity guidelines, or that exceed applicable stake limits.
• Odds and Pricing: All sports betting odds displayed on jat9 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; it is the player's responsibility to confirm the displayed odds before placing a live bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by jat9 in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, event cancellation, abandonment of a sporting event before completion of the wagered market, or confirmed evidence of match manipulation.
• Settlement: jat9 settles betting markets based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for international cricket, the BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League). In the event of a dispute over a result, jat9's settlement decision is final subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
• Casino Game Rules: Live casino games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live). Slot game rules, including RTP percentages and bonus feature mechanics, are published within each game's information panel. By launching a game, you confirm acceptance of its specific rules.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical or system error that results in bets being incorrectly placed, odds being mispriced or game outcomes being incorrectly calculated, jat9 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore player balances to their pre-error state. jat9 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from system errors where the player was or should reasonably have been aware of the error at the time of play.

jat9 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin allocations and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup. The following terms apply to all jat9 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry date. These terms are published at the point of offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• If you choose to withdraw real money balance before completing a wagering requirement, any active bonus funds and associated bonus winnings will be forfeited.
• jat9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time. Where a material change is made to an active promotion affecting existing participants, jat9 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered contact details on file.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk artificially, or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute a financial product, investment instrument or guaranteed return of any kind.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jat9 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one registered account on the jat9 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresentation of age, identity or country of residence.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any other corruption of sporting integrity in relation to markets offered on jat9.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any poker-format games to gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Using the jat9 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. jat9 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings or platform access not legitimately earned. Any such winnings will be voided and the account closed.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile financial service provider after withdrawing or wagering deposited funds on jat9. Such actions will result in account suspension and pursuit of recovery of the amount concerned.
• Sharing, selling or transferring account access, balance or bonus credits to any other person.

All content on the jat9 Platform — including but not limited to the jat9 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, data and databases — is the intellectual property of jat9 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the jat9 name, logo or any associated branding in any context without prior written consent from jat9.
• Frame, scrape or index any part of the Platform using automated tools for commercial or data collection purposes.

Any unauthorised use of jat9's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jat9's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• jat9 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects at all times.
• jat9 shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• In the event of a genuine platform error that causes an incorrect bet outcome or balance discrepancy, jat9's liability is limited to the amount of the affected stake and does not extend to speculative or consequential damages.
• jat9 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party payment provider delays that affect your access to the Platform or the processing of your transactions.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by jat9's direct actions.

jat9 collects, stores and processes personal data provided by registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jat9.io/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on jat9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and customer support.

jat9 does not sell, rent or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification partners, payment processors and game providers as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you as a registered player. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by jat9, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request".

jat9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. The following principles and tools form the core of our responsible gaming commitment:

• Age Restriction: The jat9 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We enforce age verification at registration and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold for a given period. Once the limit is reached, further play on real money is restricted for that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the selected period except for permanent exclusions, which are irreversible.

jat9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the Platform.
• A player's self-exclusion request being received and processed.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's mobile financial service provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon account closure due to a Terms violation, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Real money balances not associated with rule violations will be returned to the player's verified Approved Payment Method after any applicable offsets. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon closure for cause.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jat9 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

jat9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jat9 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jat9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange voluntary account closure.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at jat9.io/terms-conditions. The version date displayed at the top of the document indicates the date from which that version is in effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or your use of the jat9 Platform, shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract and commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the international market.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus calculation or account decision, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the jat9 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the relevant account information, the date and time of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Review: jat9 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receiving all required information.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with jat9's response, you may request escalation to the senior dispute resolution team. The senior team's decision constitutes jat9's final position on the matter.

jat9's records — including bet logs, transaction histories and account activity data — shall be considered the primary authoritative source of information in all dispute resolution proceedings, unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated by independent evidence.
